Acro Classes are split into ability groups:

  • Beginner/Junior Acro—Bend backs, knee bends, straight overs, cartwheels, handstands, box work 6yrs +
  • Intermediate Acro—Walk overs, intro to branees & backflips (must be able to do a bend back & up/straight over/tinski/back walkover)
  • Advanced Acro—Flips, linking tricks, advanced balances, aerial work


Acro classes use mats & teachers help in aiding students to do tricks.

Girls must wear a tight fitting leotard & bike shorts (red and black or studio uniform is preferred) & have hair tied back securely every class. Shoes must have rubbers (Pumps preferred) Younger students may have bare feet to start with.
